Quest to Getting Back On My Horse #11

So, its that time again. I'm sitting here again writing to you. Well, things are more or less the same. To keep you guys up to date now...I have stopped all communications with that stupid job specialist. It's been like two weeks since I last spoke to him with no sign of talking to him. I had went to Metropolitan Staffing for a job and I had called the guy several times. Well, let's just say that it he never returned my emails or phone calls. So much for "I haven't forgotten you."

Now weeks later, still nothing from the old job. I have stepped up my job search a bit. I figured I have nothing to lose. So hopefully things will pan out soon.

On another note, my bf's sister asked me to help her, my bf and myself with fundraiser. I am kind of hesitant about it because I am not good with interacting with new people. I hate the whole thing to be honest. I become a ball of nerves and just end up feeling inadequate with the people I am trying to talk to. I don't know why. It just happens. Well, let's see what happens there.

Until Next Time.

  2. I think I am more inclined to agree.

I did hear from the guy on Tuesday evening, but he was supposed to call back with a start date, but nothing. I guess I got my hopes up again. I even called the office and sent an email the next day....still nothing. I think I should have tried his cell, but regardless he should have seen the effort I made into getting into contact with him. I had called him several times and left messages before. Apparently he was shocked to know that he never knew that. But its meh. That's all I can say. I guess stepping out of my comfort zone is what i really need after all. *sigh*
